Hey, it isn't necessary to share any information that you don't want to. It is not mandatory that you introduce yourself anywhere on the forums. I find that the more I disclose (that I am comfortable with) the more info people have that they can use to give more support. So no, don't worry and have a Great New Year!

Well, hi. My name is D. girl, but you guys can call me Paradox (that's how my alters call me).
I'm 20 years old, I'm engaged and I live in Puerto Rico.
We coped with beat ups for 8 years, rape, forced prostitution and forced to use drugs (this with the forced prostitution, at the age of 14).
I suffer from anxiety, anorexia nervosa and DID. I use to self harm.
I have 6 personalities, all females; fluctuating from 7 to 24 years old.

Suzy, Carmine, D. (Daniel, but she hates her name been said), Anne, Hazel & Naty.
I know I didn't named one, but is better that way.
The ones who are out most of the time are Hazel, Suzy & D.
Dominant ones: Hazel and D. (D. is agressive and sarcastic, but she speaks the truth always)

Wow you have survived a lot, kudos!

I am curious, may I ask- how did you come to learn of your other personalities?

I was diagnosed 5 years ago, before diagnosis all I knew was that I had "friends" in my head who helped me smile. That's the way I use to think when I was smaller. I didn't really have friends (and even now I only have one). My personalities were my friends before and after knowing what DID was. We can talk to each other in my head, but mostly using journals and drawings. I know them because...I had no one lese.
My life has been tragic after tragic..

If I tell you guys everything I've lived and I only excluding my birth name..you wouldn't believe me still..
I myself lost hope in God..when I was very young, because of my story..

I can cry. I finally learned my voices were voices because I thought wacky people heard voices like on a subway. I'm finally learned my voices...some psychotic some for reAl meant something. You are not alone, because my voices gave real behind them. Tell you the truth, everything in this shell is an alt. Just trying to survive
