Drinking promotes alters showing and voicing their opinions.

Spouse doesn't think I'm split to begin with, even though he then she talking to her. Whatever. Eventually they told her all 150 of us don't like her??? So I just heard.

For me at least it does. Alcohol relaxes the host and here they come. My alters told my spouse that we hate her...which is true...so our marriage is now over.

Am I mad, no because it's true. I try sugar coating but others are more straight up.

So don't drink, and of course drive, but don't get triggered into relationship B.S.

Goodness! I have never heard of someone having 150 alters before. I can't even imagine how difficult it must be for you. I hope some of the others here can understand and maybe help you out a bit.

Haha, it's just a number. I've gone through everything without outside help. The number is approximate I guess, variations of others. That's what they tell me. I'm just an empty shell dealing with different aspects of life. It's taken 30 years to train to make this look real and seamless. So, it's possible. Because if it weren't for this I'd be dead.

I switch at least 20 times a day...we can feel it but we don't login or anything. Call me a liar? I'm good with that! Says Whatever Man.
