I took the Sanity Quiz here and recieved a 92 for dissociation, and I don't really understand it.

Anyone care to help me? I took

hi LittleMiss,

There are several sites that probably will offer a better description of dissociation than I could. But for me its my way of leaving and going somewhere so i dont have to be present. There are several types of dissociation i believe (google: dissociation). Honestly though..ive spent so much time, chasing and running away from diagnoses. I would deal with it if it presents a problem in your daily or weekly life. If not, don't get wrapped up in that quiz. Sorry I cant provide more help than that.

I wasn't ignoring your post but couldn't come up with a concise way of answering. There is a lot of information on dissociation on the web. There are different levels of dissociation that people experience. Is there something in particular you are wondering about?
