I plan on following drs orders,
Worried she won't. Her mum said they she's not giving her an inch! It's a supervised visit, if she tries leave or contact me, her mums phoning the hospital. Her mum has been a huge support to me. I am getting her a gift. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Is there some-one else you could visit for when she is at her Mum's? It all sounds very complicated. Have you continued at looking for another place to live? My thoughts are with you.

I have a social worker coming out on Friday to help fill in the form, it wouldn't accept some details, so keep getting frustrated with it.
I tried to stay at my mums, but I couldn't get settled, my nephew wanted to sleep next to me, and he kept jumping on me   So went back to the house, got to sleep after 01:00. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk |

Bed bugs........... Very hard to sleep with.

She's going back to hospital today, so hopefully I will be able to settle.
Bumped into her a couple of times, I didn't feel anything at all when I saw her. Don't know if that's a good thing. I hope she still lets me see Connor, he calls me dad, so I don't think she would keep him from seeing me. I'm going to do my fork lift certificates. Try to get a new job before I get a house. Had an appointment with my dr.
There was a student Dr there, so I didn't feel comfortable getting everything out, And he was asking all the safe boring questions I'm sick of answering. Then when I was leaving, I saw Rebecca, it has seriously confused me. I thought I was over her, and I was determined I was leaving, and getting on with life. But then I saw her, for 4-5 seconds! And now I'm not so sure. I texted her when I got back home. She's still delusional, and unwell. I don't know how it makes me feel, knowing she's still convinced I am the bad guy, It has me confused. Been told to keep a mood diary, Since I've started this, and I've updated every day, I will just use this. Can I print this out for appointments? Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk |

I'm useless at remembering how I was feeling.
The student Dr was asking how I felt when I couldn't get out of bed, seriously?? I was depressed How does it feel when you're anxious, I don't remember. Unless you have me in that frame of mind, I can't explain it. So maybe a mood diary would be a good idea. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk |
