Suppose to start DBT Wednesday, I want to be open minded, but have already predicted the future. Isn't that sorta insane like?

Thanks, but I always feel smarter than the process. I can pick it so apart that it becomes useless. Hopefully this might work, I guess.

Heh- predicting the future "fortune telling" is one of the cognitive behavioral distortions. You're already ahead of the game

Okay, went to the first meeting, and like I can do it. I went up front and like I just don't see it possible considering my super powers.

We're going to go one more tme and ask questions.
