I feel like I should be in hospital. but I need to stay out. surely I can make it until therapy on Monday (it's sat night). but that t tends to trigger us really badly. and we already cancelled last week. I have a pt apnt I can't miss Wednesday. if I go in, there's a good chance I won't get out in time.
going in and out of fugue.... (and not D minor ![]() but as long as I can still stay sadfe and be in and out in fugue -that's what matters. the urges to ingure are there. but I gotta beat this. there's lotgs of factors to what's going on. we're so stubborn we keep mule-headed pushing thru (ok i'm being told *I* do) things that maybe I should back off from. blah

still a free bird this morning. doing laundry, staying busy. still in and out of fugues/depersonalization, but coping. win!
