Sorry you are scared and want to hide. I hope you find a way to express when you are feeling things by posting here on Psych Central.
Have you tried communicating with your therapist or psych doc? You can also check out the chat on Monday night (Greenwich - 4 hours) at 7PM EST (think that is 11pm your time) LGBTQ where people of alternate gender support each other.
