İ have had 3 s
urgeries erious backsugeries month qgo. My ? is, I had a tumor taken out then had to 8have emergency surgery. Unable to walk but the problem is my hands and arms feel like they are cut burning etc. it is causing me to aberact and lose it some what. What helps! Thanks Completely dissociating.... and I am 24 yrs into this healing.

Hi crew. So sorry to hear about your struggles. I van understand how you would be triggered. Can you ground yourself with breathing, naming items in the room, engaging all five senses? *hugs*

Oh wow, so sorry for how bad you are hurting, I understand how intense pain can be very triggering,

The burning sensation sounds like possible nerve pain... They had me try Lyrica for that and it did take that away. I didn't want it for a long term solution - since I am in physical therapy - but it did work. I sure hope you can find some answers!!! Care about you!!!!

I'm so sorry sweety, pain killers? I'd tell my doctor I was having like crazy sensations from the operation, I guess??? I hope you get better. ; luv
