How do you do it? I spend too much energy on this. Other than staying busy at work, the rest of my time I'm so focused on this condition that I freeze and don't do much else.

I'm obsessive in nature which doesn't help the cause, but is it possible to redirect and move on?

Help.

Ohhhh Im so the same! Since I started T, I just haven't been able to think about anything else. My only break is at work- most of the time, anyway! But other than that I have no other train of thought.

i try to just do what i can when i can no matter how i am feeling and what i'm struggling with. it only bothers me when things are really off and i do not feel okay, safe, grounded, etc. and then am completely stuck in it so cannot get away from going through it in those moments.

i haven't forced myself to focus less on things, it just naturally has its ups and downs for me. it took years though to get there for me...still not sure how...but still can be too focused on it when it's happening..which i'm not sure how i cannot be when it impacts me to the degree it can at times.

yeah, i'd say it also took years - now it's just an everyday 'eh' unless there's a lot of chaos or something. After my diagnosis I was pretty all-consumed by it.... now I can hardly remember those times.
I guess, just be - and try to not judge yourself. and you're right - being on PC too much doesn't help maybe set yourself a time limit (with a timer).

Hahahaha me either! I appear to have learned to tune out the sound of my food timer - pretty much every day I don't hear it and end up with charred dinner!
