A new alter, very physically challenging

Another alter appeared this morning and the physical traits were more extreme than most others. Julia's voice is throaty and raspy and the body contorted more than it's used too to the point it was uncomfortable.

She is 25, dark, real nice, and fun! Still not sure of her job, but it was nice to meet her.

She's asked to change her name to Rosalie, she's a very immaculate cleaner. We luv her.

great job of identifying another in your system. one thing that helped me when dealing with discovering another is remembering something my own treatment providers told me. nothing changes after getting the diagnosis, it just puts a name on what already was. translated to the alters this means everyone in my system has always been there. some were just too far under the surface and I wasnt healed enough to know about them yet until that moment when they surfaced and let their self be known. so nothing they do in the present moment that i found out about them was gonig to happen that didnt already happen before I discovered they were there. this made dealing with their challenges so much easier.
