I went to therapy today and the same thing happenned - it's like being in a blender where you are twirled around too fast. My head hurts, my tummy hurts and it scared me.. way to much...

Being scared is just plain awful. Like being in a blender again...

Can you treat yourself to something special as a "reward" for getting through it?

Maybe a nice hot bath or a favorite ice cream/treat?
