Do any of you sleepwalk? I occasionally wake up in a corner of my basement. There was a place I used to hide when small in the basement corner.

I never remember how I got there. I suspect this might be one of the others...

Yeah - I sleep walk. Or at least I used to - Im not sure if I still do. I often wake up with nail marks in my face, so I know Ive had an active night - even if I can't remember any dreams. I don't know if I actually get out of bed any more though.

No here...were generally so active that we wear this body out and sleep to about 3 am where we just gab for hours then we snooze for a bit till we get up.

i was a sleep walker but with me it was a medical problem where my brain was not producing a much needed natural chemical that prevents someone from walking in their sleep.

my suggestion if this continues to bother contact your treatment providers. they can have you go through asleep study which will diagnosed exactly what this is be it mental or medical problem and get you treated for it before you accidentally get hurt during your nocturnal walks.
