Please stop feeling guilt because prior to diagnoses u used nicknames or just names being silly and now that something put u therapy u got this diagnoses researched about it and that part make sense now dont let nobody make u feel guilty by thinking nickname or being silly with a name should have been ur clue to go therapy. It is not always necessary to remember every detail about the past prior to dx since yea u been like this since a kid....The mental people will cut u up with loads of guilt up to u to not keep chewing what they feeding u at some point u gotta think something is wrong...Yall stop because ill think u being hateful fo no reason...I aint gonna wana be around we need each other!
