I went for a brisk walk in the park around the track, a few of the others came out to experience the day. I noticed that we did so much switching that I'm glad that no one was following right behind us watching.
This got me thinking about the rest of our days...the switching through the day with changing thoughts, decisions, behaviors, actions, ...was just a glowing example of my daily life. How can I function successfully like this? I haven't yet so far. It's better now that the bipolar hole got plugged for the moment. There are just somethings meds can't fix. Right now life just looks like an unraveling ball of yarn...a complete and utter mess. I was a little hypo last night and depressed today with not much sleep, but for real.... This is something that I'm glooming over. I always have felt like a spinning top bouncing off of walls and things, frenzied and directionless. Ho hum. |
