I just want to say hi and that this all seems weird to me. I'm finding it hard to take in, this DID thing. It just doesn't feel real.

I can hear voices talking in my head to each other if I listen, like edging me on. I don't know what to say.

It just doesn't feel real to me, like its my imagination. If I try, I can make them go away and quiet by not listening. There.

I'm staring at this iPad wondering what else to write because it's useless to me.

I hope everybody is okay.

Bye

Hi AlwaysChanging,
You have come so far in the last year. You are not a sailboat tossed in a tempest. You have a rudder. That Ipad is your link to your people here at Psych Central.

Hang in there. You are seeing how imagination and the mind can trick us but we don't have to fall for it.

Poor guys, they hate expressing themselves...or they just aren't good at it. Anyhow, how is everybody?
