'I don't know I'm just here' we all have stressors of the day stuff that keeps us dissociated and away. I'm here you can take role. I don't know how to take these strongholes....The stronghold of just being alone people make me throw up I can't deal with it...I want to be alone! I keep my own company.....

I want to know which alter made this statement in group therapy a few years ago, please un cover the days events and/or what lead up to the trigger for this while in group.

This one keeps sabotaging people I'm involved with! It takes two in any type of involvement! I'm not going to beat myself up

I think the anxiety of them coming out makes me keep to myself... Sometimes you need to be alone.. Yet being alone can cause me to panic... It's a never ending circle we've never found a way out of or around... Not sure there will ever be a way to deal with this...
Thanks for this!
