It feels like I've been asleep for about a year dreaming. Memories flash then disappear. I have a sense of knowing but not owning.

I'm drawing blanks. The last solid memory was I was painting a school before winter, not this one. A hospital in January...trying to remember anything else is causing nausea.

I feel the DID is real, but thinking about anything about it is making me nauseous. I've always avoided memories that makes me feel this way.

My mind feels like scrambled eggs. Bits and pieces of images glittering around. Snippets of noise, no other thoughts or words which I think we're a big deal.

Other than that, I feel bored typing on here. I'm unsettled...gonna go.

Some times i get caught up in memory snippets i dont feel ready for. But i try to let them come, as the alter holding them feels the need to release them. Much safety to you.
