So I will make this short as much as I can.
Since me and Scar are very different parts, it's hard to agree on one thing and usually the only one combining us is Vladimir or Evee. We've been having fights since 2010 and we haven't stopped since then. But since I am an "evil protector" I sometimes.. most of the times.. go physical on people because of short temper. I've found a way to actually hit Scar in a way that only he feels it.
Is this bad? Yeah I know it is kinda crossing the line with my actually hitting him, but sometimes.. damn he deserves it.
Does someone else does the same thing? Should I try to stop? And if so, all of my rage will be pointed towards other people, which is also awful, I know.
Before you recommend for me to take up a sport, I can't. We have heart problems and weak bone structure or some **** like that. And if you recommend that I take it out on a pillow, it usually does not happen at home and I am not carrying a pillow around.
Thanks for any requests, responses and everything that comes with them.

first Im going to post about my own standards in my own location. like I said in a previous post to you what I post may not be the same for you because you are in bulgaria, not where I am...

question why are you not doing this at home and around other people. Im taking a guess that you already know whether its right or wrong and whether you should stop or not. but since you asked heres where my location treatment providers think on this issue based on my locations demographics/statistics....

its very rare here in the states for alternate personalities to hurt hurt each other and the host (unless its in a fictionalized movie) this is because in order to hurt the one they live with in they have to be harming the body when they are in control...

example red could only hit, kick yell and otherwise act out angrily when red was in control of the body. yea sometimes when rainy was in control of the body she would feel the pain inflicted on the body by reds self injuring herself(red) which left marks on the physical body....but not always.

usually what happens is an alternate personality has their own way of being, their own jobs reasons for being, which means what one alter does another may not know or feel it. its like going to a doctor for a shot. one alter in control of the body gets that shot and another later one does not know this, they see on the calendar a shot is needed and goes to the doctor and the doctor says wait a minute we gave you that shot yesterday, (part of the type of memory problem that happens with DID)

my point is you may be trying to harm this other one by harming yourself but they may not even know its you doing it. for all they know it could be a situation of wow something happened but I dont remember it. and pass that ache or pain of on something accidentally happened. especially if your self harming to harm another is triggering for the other. that triggering may just make them blow it off as dissociating with numbness. (something my treatment provider had to get through to my alters.)

if you were here in my location, and I was doing what you are doing, my treatment providers would have me involuntarily hospitalized until the hospital staff could ensure that I was no longer a danger to one self or others. (here in the USA we have very strict laws for when someone wants to hurt others that were made back when 9\11 happened. and ongoing since there's lots of school and other violence going on right now here in america)

my suggestion is contact your own treatment providers, they will let you know whats what for your location and how to best fix this situation according to your own location\cultures beliefs and standards.
