It's hard dealing with 5-15 of us daily...but 5 are main at any given time. For some reason we drink a lot because life is weird. Drinking just makes it forgetable.

Help? We tried...forget it. Our new insurance wont cover m.i. We might as well get fired and back on p.a.

I feel like an incurable virus, self-festering without any release any more. We thought y'all wouldn't care and just ignore our cray cray from a position of understanding and tolerance....but we are scaring the newcomers....we are sorry.

We can't contain ourselves because if we had any control...we wouldn't have a problem....you think?

Hello. I think you might be taking things too hard. I ask questions because I truly want to understand. I lived with DID for many many years. I know how terrible it is, losing your sense of self and connection in the world. I also know how alters each have a job to do. I beleive my questioning things has upset you and for that I apologize. It is my own discomfort with the idea of many alters all out at the same time that is the basis of some of my questions and responses. It really does defy my present understanding. That is the truth of it. I guess I want to know if you are comfortable with the way you live ? Do you see yourself ever coming together in integration? Or are you ok with living in peices? Again, I ask because I truly want to understand.

Hello again. Please do not write yourself off. Of course, you are worthy of living and having a good and decent life. The idea that I am somehow good and you are not is really off base. Each of us has good and bad in us. We can only work on things to make ourselves and our lives more satisfactory.

Hi. Thanks for being so kind to unworthy us.

I dont mean to offend....we dont know who we are half the time bcause we lived secretly for so long.

We are transgendered, gender fluid, or straight, or gay,....or we are at least 10 others hundreds of times a day.

We are a bowl of mixed nuts trying to keep it together with a drinking problem because its what releaves the stress of living...so our cray cray gets ridiculous....Im sorry.
