Yes. Sometimes I swear it happened but it never actually did. It's a daily basis for me.

That is one of the cruel tricks of dissociation, to make real life seem like a dream state. I think it is possible to stack the concept,or be detached nearly all the time to a certain degree, and have episodes of further detachment on top of that making it seem like we woke back to reality when it ends, but maybe we haven't really been awake to our lives in many years. Like living in the matrix. I know I have memories that are more real to me than anything in my current life, because this life just has to be a bad dream because who would put up with this in real life?
