This may be a trigger for some...

Does your T or Pdoc... or both every discuss whether they think that integration in your case is possible.... or perhaps a length of time that it may take.. or that they may think that it will take based on your individual case.

Hello Freewill,

I have been on these boards for a couple of years now I think but usually I just read and post once in a while. But your post here got my attention. Yes, My T thought it was a good idea for me to intergrate...and we did work towards that goal with my permission of course...and I was not sure to be honest. I did work on it and actually it did happen but now that I have been facing new stressors and such some of the alters have returned. At first I was upset about it thinking all that work was useless but now I am glad that I know if need be they can help me. The length of time for me when I decided to work on the integration was about a year and half actually. I hope this might of helped with your thoughts here.
