Sorry you are in this position. We have been there before. It can be really hard for hosty parts who don't want to believe. It can be genuinely hard for them. They don't know what they don't know. They don't know it is really hard for inside people too!
Can you do some nice things for her? I dunno, I was just thinking maybe that would help her see that you are there to help her. That you are not bad or evil. But that you have helped her for all her life. That's what I'd do. Do nice things. I dunno if that will help you or not.

I really struggled until this last month accepting everyone. It takes a lot of time. I knew for a year and a half before I could be ok with them being here.

Ours did that a lot too. We have to go really easy on her.
We've been in therapy since forever and our old hosty one who used to do what your hosty is doing had another 'Omigod I think they're actually real!' moment like,
a month ago.
It's like, enough already, right?

I guess your hosty one is just doing what she needs to be doing for now. If she didn't need to do it, she wouldn't. KWIM?
