You're allowed to be all that and more around us.

Fuzzy maybe it is possible to change the permissions.
Like when you're a kid other people impose rules on you.
Then you grow up and impose them on yourself. (not you as in just you, you as in all kinds of people)
Even when your an adult others can impose rules on you.
But maybe you can look at the rules and see which ones are good rules to live by (don't hurt any people animals or things for instance) and get rid of ones that are not any good any more.
Cause if you think about it if you live by the rules that you should never hurt any people animals or things (which i think are very good rules) but you have other rules that say things like "You are not allowed to be angry" or "you are not allowed to be sad or cry" and those rules HURT you then... those rules really ought to be changed. Because its not okay to hurt people, including you.
It really stuffs a person up when they grow up with such bad rules put on them, eh. Those rules were really not good ones for growing a kid. And they are really not good ones for looking after inside kids either.
Bear cubs rule! Did you see the video about the panda bear cubs trying to get in the leaf basket? So funny!
