So my awareness of how my dissociation works and my bodily, felt awareness of it has been growing really rapidly the last couple of weeks. Now ive started to notice that when in a pressurising or stressful situation, which is basically anything that involves leaving the house (or god forbid, something happens to knock me into a major dissociative state) I start to lose a quality of sensation and life in different parts of my body like my legs/feet/hands or even genitalia (who would have thought?) and then usually later on that night I'll have a dream about finding these cut off body parts and then wake up with a rush of wonderful sensation to the different areas.

I'm pretty sure this has always been happening but its only now that I've had the internal space and robustness to be aware of it. Very interesting stuff. I tell you work is weird when you feel like you're just a head floating around in a cloud

I have a body disconnect going on here. Alot of the time it does it's own thing. I can feel touch but I don't feel the body....like an outer shell or something.
Thanks for this!
