Called a local sliding scale type clinic for therapists...actually need a pdoc for med management and found out that all they had were T's....so went ahead to meet one to find out about costs and experiences. It all has to be cash in hand because my job insurance doesn't cover behavioral and mental health, shoot...one can't get more then a cold because hospital trips to the ER aren't covered.

We decided that working on Saturdays can help pay for the session regardless that I physically can hardly work on Fridays because all my joints are swelled and hurting. Today I'm at home because my ankles have shooting pain from stepping. After a few beers the pain goes away. The guys can work through the pain, but they were wincing pretty good yesterday.

Anyways....finally took that big step of actually making a phone call.
