I recently lost my best friends because of another part trying to destruct my (small amount of) support. I posted earlier this week because I had no real support and now I have less. I do not know what to do and need some suggestions or encouragement if it's possible, my friend will not speak to me and I do not really understand the situation because I was co conscious when he emotionally hurt her so badly--she thinks it was me who did it and I thought it was me until he took all credit today. I don't know how to handle this because I have never been that close to another part when they did something this destructive. I felt like it was me doing and saying things but now he is saying it was him and I would never intentionally hurt my friend but he did, he knew of the weakness used against her and I did not. I really love my friend and I've lost her and I don't know how to cope. It is finals week and I do not know how to focus on studies on top of this.

It sounds like your friend is aware of your parts. Am I correct?

Yes. We're talking again today but I'm scared it'll happen again. The friend is too.

Sorry you have this going on. I'm glad to hear ya'll are speaking again though. It makes sense there would be concern about a repeat, but it does speak volumes to me about the strength of the relationship that you two can have this kinda talk and come together. Maybe this will end up being a thing that strengthens this friendship ultimately. I know it's hard when you hurt people you care about, I really do get that, but I think it's great you are talking again.
