Has anyone ever switched so hard that they got physically ill?

This morning sitting at a table with mother...a little took over and said he didn't want to go to work and that he wanted to stay home with the doggy....then mother talked about the lady in the store across the street and an Other started talking about what he knew about her....we were all of a sudden dazed....and then like starting at the end of a long tunnel...we accelerated to the other end to the alter talking taking over....co-con is a biitch...

He jumped up breathing hard wild eyed and almost started heaving (probably because we drank a lot the night last)....

The way we switched imprinted a lasting impression that we all can remember....if there was any personal doubt amongst the system about multiplicity.....this put any doubt out.

It's crazy..sometimes we have audible clicks, shudders, shock, slams, jolts, twinges, surprise fronting, ...

Anyone else get such physical reactions?

Thanks for this!

Jump up breathing hard and wild-eyed, feeling like emerging through a tunnel, dizzy, nauseous, also splitting headaches, or shock and terror, confusion... yeah, all that. This has happened more than once, both times with littles. One shot forward in the middle of therapy session, absolutely confused and could hardly even speak. She hadn't been in front since second grade. Thank God my T knew what she was doing and the poor little one had a warm and soothing welcome. Another time a little one who'd been locked in trauma came forward and it was freaking painful (my best friend got to see that one). I know hard switching has happened to us more than these but I can't quite remember them, I just have a vague memory of the shock and discomfort.

Another came out last night, and all he can remember vividly was from 30 years ago....didn't even know what year it was. He headed off to a bar but we turned him around.....we saw no good a coming of this.
