You guys are my support system.. I love you all that post here...I don't want to trigger or hurt anyone..but I so need to post my pain somewhere.. to release some of it..so please forgive me.. if this is too much...
I am so very sad tonight... I have been working with a massage T.. who does bodywork.. with the coordination of my therapist... I am so so so sad... I went today to the body work guy.. and he asked me to describe my emotional pain.. in my body.. it is what he does.. and I have been doing this.. and it has been OK... but today.. floods and floods of memories and feelings came back... overwhelming me.. and thru the day.. it has gotten worse and worse. I guess.. I am speechless... the pain to great to even let a little leak out... |

Phew, I agree with Pegasus. You are brave to go through this. Touch is not something I can deal with in general at all. Hope you feel better soon.

Freewill I am here for you as I am sure many here are, we all are here to support one another. I am sure it all is so difficult, though I know I can't say I know what it's like, because I really don't, just a little. All I can do is show empathy and cocmpassion. If you need anything I am also here, you may send a message if you want too. I am here for ya.

Just wanted to let you know I care about you. I am dealing with memories as well, and the hurt can run so deep that sometimes it is hard to share. So if you want to share we are all here for you, and if you just want to sit in and get comfortable first that's okay too. Healing from past hurts is a long road, but I think there is light at the end of our tunnels. (((hug)))
