Haven't been seeing my doctor because my husband doesn't like him. My meds are messed up because my insurance company won't pay for what I need. And the doctor cannot continue to give me free samples. Also because now that my meds are messed up and I'm not seeing the doctor I'm regularly disassociating to the extent that I don't know who I am at any given moment so that means i may not be the one ensuring that I'm taking my medication for days etc. When detected I've been able to play it off but it showing up in my blood pressure readings that whoever is in charge is not taking the blood pressure pills Etc. And then this morning I have a meltdown because at the same time everybody decides to have a freaking argument with each other and start a shouting match and tell each other inside my brain to tell each other to shut up.

Hearing you, hoping things get better soon. Also hoping you can find a way to be kind to yourself in the middle of all this.
