You just do it day by day, or hour by hour, or sometimes minute by minute...one foot in front of the other==you keep on keeping on.... Then some day, you may go from 'survive' to 'thrive' like I did. It took work, but I got there. I hope you persevere...

I agree. I accept it, but try not thinking too much about it...like by being at a club and staying surface instead of diving deep.
