I have my first appointment this afternoon with a Psychologist. I was okay Thursday through last night ( we went camping). It hit me last night that I am going to have to bring up my Demons. I know it's for the best. Keeping my fingers crossed that she is knowledgeable and really listens. Will update this evening. Hope everyone has a good day!
