I am reinterating my advice on benefits of alters, especially when leaning on sites such as God's place the benefits of alters. It goes on to state short and long term memory with superior brain. Several of mine are hanging on the reason of dissociated instead of just letting it out to soar. Several fear success flooding and what that comes with informing people. It doesn't all come from those in the community some of the effort is inside of us. All you have to do is remind folks of what is happening then it will stick, so of us have precise landing inside are doing a excellent job. Others are too reliant upon the race journey several are really lazy we work hard some of our psychique and mind set clash with our higher self and conscious. So the cross over of those that are minority that are intelligent are stuck most won't accept anything except a better arguer like that is what life is about. The good boy mentality comes to mind most don't get their hands dirty and some are reliant upon the brain power. It once in several aspects of the journey is played out has to be mixed up who is more of my equal, then you got to be ready for child factor stuck at developmental ages. Some relied upon their learning directly from the students community parents etc. You can't allow us to primadonna it with constant asking that will definately show us up with slows the classroom

My other alters including me has kept this system alive. We are comfortable at stating that we are a system because we are smart....we can see evidence and build off that to keep a lifeline going not knowing the particulars.

When the body and mind clashes...not good...must learn....nirvana, yes?

A sync between mind and body...but in our case ...a sync between minds then body....it’s so complicated but not doable.
