I suppose you are not. I am not either.
We are a product of our genetic make up and our experiences. Especially the experiences we have in our formative years when we are literally creating our brains.
If those experiences are sub optimal the result is not going to be stellar.
Ever heard that thing about how the trees grow?
When people look at a tree that don't really ever question why the tree might lean to one side or be twisted or bent, or why it might be struggling to grow at all. People just know that it had the wind buffering it from one side or it had to grow its roots around the concrete path or its branches around the fence, or it didn't get enough nutrients or light or whatever. People just understand that the tree grew as well as it could in the environment it was in. They don't judge the tree and say it wasn't good enough or strong enough or normal enough or whatever.

The same should be true for people too.

it is also normal for me to have a mood that is at least a 4/10 (regardless of how the day went)

Normal is what’s acceptable in today’s society of not what’s considered weird. Sure people have hang ups and certain eccentrics and such not....

But to be stared at in wonderment, marked as strange and different, taken with unsuredness, laughed at, bullied, mocked, invalidated,...

Or is it just me?

There was a time we once owned it...top of the world and accepted because of money and drugs....everyone wanted to be with us, but now since I have nothing for them to use or find us acceptable, we are back to our normal...not socially acceptable normal.

Just down it seems.
