Some of you wished me a happy birthday. Since I have been back on these boards I almost never look at the messages notification. Why??? I did not know about them. I thought that was just so the monitors could berate me if I posted something obnoxious like I did between May 2016 and May 2017 when I was living in Athens, Georgia. I was binge drinking almost every night to deal with isolation and suicidal emotions.
But today I saw the happy birthday messages. Then I looked at all your profiles. You guys are very sophisticated with this board. I am afraid that I am still in kindergarten compared to you guys. Anyway I apologize if I have ever missed anyone's message. I will try to remember to check my messages in the future. |

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001.
