(According to some “experts”
But I don’t believe in experts, they have done nothing but harm me (irl)

Another night of having to be silent..

I’m pretty tired of this muzzle. It’s hurting me more and more.

Some people don't allow me to say who I am either Fuzzy. But luckily there are some people who let me be myself.

why do you always think you are a bad person? is that what you really think or is it a bunch of lies others have made you believe? ive never once seen anyone else here think you are bad

It’s a bunch of lies that others have tried to make me believe. Some of them were very “skilled” at what they did. Starting from early childhood for this bear cub But I do, logically, know they are lies. I am not a “bad person” and I never was.

As I said somewhere else recently.

I’m sensitive, I think this is a good thing.
People who are insensitive can be a problem.

And as I mentioned in another post, I haven’t found one (mh or medical) professional irl who i feel is sensitive and kind.. so many “bad” or sub optimal providers. And some of them did, for a while, make me question myself.

Truth! Sadly.

You are not the sum of another person's lies. They may say you are "bad" (rhetorical questions, what does that mean, anyway? Is it based on evidence of "true badness" ? or their interpretation of... something?) but here others experience you very differently. Always caring. Always kind. Never hurtful or mean, never insulting, dismissive, callous or rude. Always wanting to do the right thing, be accepted, be welcomed, be part of a considerate community.

Whatever "they" say or said, the evidence of your inherent humanity is clear here.
