Our family and friends cannot accept us the way we are so I think we should all get destroyed or erased and just have a single Jen/Jennifer that our family and friends can accept.
We are very alone because family and friends don’t like us. Plus we are really afraid of accidentally being or doing the wrong thing because we have so many of us.
We are completely wrong and terrible in all ways.
Does anyone here know of a way to erase or destroy all of us and just have one person named Jen/Jennifer who our family and friends will accept?

Im sorry but we cant tell you how to destroy/ erase you all. (suicide/Murder and the like) psych central as far as I know is not a pro suicide/ pro murder site.

All we can do here is tell you how things got better for ourselves. for me what helped me and my alters to have a better life was doing what my location calls "natural integration" with this no one dies or gets destroyed or gets erased. everyone just merges together to become one while personality again, everything that was Rainy is still here with me, everything that was Thelma is still here with me, just in a different more natural way.

my suggestion is if you continue to feel like this contact your treatment providers or one in your off computer location. they can help you all to feel better.

Sorry you're struggling. There's no way to erase or destroy yourselves but you can heal from it.

Are you getting professional help with it?
Thanks for this!

Thank you, yes we are getting professional help.
Many of us have been struggling a lot for the past month for many reasons; some very challenging medical issues, a change in psych meds, a change in support staff, difficulties with a friend who is unsympathetic to mental illness - all during a holiday season that is challenging at best.
We are staying close contact with our therapist, psychiatrist and support workers.
This weekend has been really hard.
Thank you, Natalie
