my t and I are doing a sort of research project thing. We are video - ing sessions and writing up notes etc. Just thought I would say. Its scary and exciting at the same time. I cant beleive we are doing it.

Ive learned a lot already just from the video watching. A funny thing happeneded the other night when we were watching a video, i heard myself say "who is Audrey" when my T used my name in the video. Anyway, its confusing but good. Just thought I would mention it.

That sounds really exciting. Let me know how it works for you. I can imagine it can be a bit diorienting at times. You are very brave for doing this.

It sounds like it might have been real scary and confronting to do this. I'm glad you were able to take that risk and have seen some benefits. eerrmmm

Are you still doing it and has it gotten a little easier now that some time has passed?
