We haven’t been here since January apparently.
But we thought we would come by and say hello.
A lot has happened in our life since then.

Just to reintroduce ourselves, we are a polyfragmented, older system. We are still learning about each other, but continue to make progress in communication and cooperation.
Thank you,
manyinsiders

Well, we went through a difficult time with some minor medical procedures that lasted 5 weeks. Nothing serious, but extremely triggering.
At the same time we were going through psych med changes, 3 at once!
We are just starting to dig our way out of a period of worse depression, chronic nightmares and worse agoraphobia.
And for the first time in a very long time, like decades maybe, or maybe for the first time ever, we have some alters as co-hosts.
So it’s really been a lot of upheaval and changes, not all bad.

It sounds like a lot has been going on for you. Medical things in particular can be very very triggering. How do you find co-hosting after not doing it for a long time? It can have its pros and cons! I suppose we co-host, mostly it only happens haphazardly but recently we actually made an agreement for one part to be out consistently at work to deal with specific things there, and it has really helped. Like, a lot! SO we are going to try to do that a little more.
