Possible trigger:

I'm sorry if any of the above triggers anyone. It's not that we don't want to help, but it is that we don't know how to help. We need help with helping others. We feel bad when others are hurting.

I think that's a normal reaction for anyone, not just someone with DID. It's always hard trying to figure out how to handle things.

It's hard for me too when people want to kill their selves and being unable to help them, especially online.

I just suggest they seek help and leave it at that.I don't take on the responsibility of saving them.

Seems to me during the last few months I couldn't understand that either there were times I was like a cyborg could be vulnerable in a minute for it to all go away. It was so difficult knowing now we just needed to understand their plight in this. To go the their tier of just saying I am glad that you shared ur story so folks know what happened is the best thanks and forgiveness you could receive.

I think its a normal reaction too for a lot of people, not only for someone with DID.

I feel similar sometimes.
