I finally get to go to a therapist to help me understand and help me with all of us. We are starting to be more organized with our switching and making sure we leave notes for everyone. If you have any helpful tips or tricks please put them in the comments.

Every system is different, so the treatments may differ. I am glad you found a T to help you all. (((safe hugs)))

One thing I will say is be open with your T, be gentle with all parts of your self, and know that you are not alone in the struggle.
