I cant tell you which is right for you.

I can tell you what I do. Instead of trying to figure out which treatment provider is right or wrong, which diagnosis is right or wrong I go by -

people change over time, and share different things with their different therapists, so of course therapist XYZ is going to have a different opinion than therapist ABC.

So, when I get diagnosed, I throw out the past diagnosis's and go by the most recent diagnosis. definitely makes life less stressful not to mention not having to memorize a whole bunch of disorder labels.

my suggestion is going according to the most recent diagnosing until your next diagnostic evaluation. things change so of course your diagnoses are going to change over time.
