so weird... he said.. he told one of us... that he was going on vacation... but I can't find the alter he told...

I am "JustMe"... an alter...

so... am kinda.. upset... that as I was leaving he said "you know, I mentioned that I wouldn't be here next week"...

and gezzzzzzzzzzz I can't dispute it... because he could have told one of us.. but I keep pretty good tabs on that kind of thing...

so... methinks.. he thought he told us... or... he is using the old "I told one of the alters defence for forgetting to tell us"..

either way... I am having a "meltdown"... and am going to cancel therapy for next week... it upsets my alters that he is gone.. and.. well.... when they get upset... they... react... by cancelling..

yes.... I know this doesn't help me.. I know... but gezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..

where is he when I need him.... so... I will allow.. the cancelling to happen... blah to him... is what I say...

and yes.. I know.. he needs vacations... but I need to express my anger too..

((((((((((((((((((((((((((((freewill))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Can you wait a few days before canceling? Sometimes given a little time the hurt is not so bad that you miss him.

Free.... man ton's of people's t's are going on vacation either this or next week. Mine is the week after next. I wonder where they all go - they ought to do a "t-swap" so everyone still gets a t (just may not be the one their used to). lol.
Sorry it is affecting the system so badly, free. We ought to start up a T-vacation support thread in psych.... hmmmmm... i think i will.

How do you feel about confronting him about this?

I know the reaction may be to cancel a session but you are harming yourself more than him.

Do you feel that way?
