feel so bad today .... missed 2 weeks therapy .....
have so much to do and i just want it to be done ........ mind blank sigh sigh sigh this should be in anxiety but i feel safer posting here, sorry .... scared to post much at all right now ....... feeling paranoid ...... J/t ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Can you just look at everything that needs to be done ONE thing at a time? I am so easily overwhelmed by my big "to do" list when I let myself think of the whole thing at once. Maybe make a list to get it out of your head, and then make a goal to do just one or two of the things on the list?? It's hard when we have to miss therapy....makes EVERYTHING feel more overwhelming. (((((((((Jinny))))))))) sometimes breaking it down into bite size pieces helps. If I concentrate on one tiny portion of something and then another tiny portion, I am more able to succeed.

thanks my friends .... i somehow managed everything .... feeling a bit stressed, still have to go out and drop the dog off and take the tent and stuff to my friends .... I'll be glad when we're at the festival and have the tent up .... then it's time to relax and have some fun
