Hi All, thanks for the great chat online this evening! Hope everyone has a Wonderful day!
My question is: Why when I want to say Yes I say No and visa versa? And say when I want to say: wow, that is great I really like your idea, I say: oh geee you just don't get it, and you never will? Grrrr DO you know? Do you do this and what do you do ? |

Hmm. Sometimes we do. Or just say, "Maybe," when we KNOW what we want (or have come to a consensus, at least.) Generally we're somehow torn on the issue, though - we want to say 'Yes' or 'No' because we think that we'll be taken a certain way for saying it, and that's the way we want to be taken, but the actual meaning of what we're saying is somehow incomplete or doesn't fit our actual desires.
Is that something like what's going on with you? (Assuming what I just said made any sense at all? ^^; ) |

Are you afraid to say what you think? Perhaps that is a reason for this? Maybe you can practice saying out loud what you are thinking so when you talk to other people, you can say what you mean.

I'm afraid that what part of me believes isn't what ME believes and so I'm forced to live with what she says. Not really afraid to say what I want just afraid to say what I don't want. Afraid to say with the mind of my very MEAN part. I don't know how to stop it unless I say nothing sometimes works but inside I feel like I'm going to blow up. After keeping it all in I'm thinking death is the only answer cause I've made such a mess of my life. Ya know, Or no? Heehee
