I had a wonderful day today with friends. However, tonight, I don't feel like myself. I feel like I am on the outside watching. I know I am dissociating, I am DID. I feel like what I am even typing now, is nothing but mere words that I know nothing about. I feel like I am losing myself for real and I don't know how to cope right now. I feel tranced!

I know that feeling and it's so unnerving. ![]() Have you learned grounding techniques in therapy and, if so, have they helped in the past? When dealing with that, sometimes I'd just have to go to bed. The light of day would always bring about some "clearing". I hope you feel relief soon. KD

Yea, T has said here that same thing. Sometimes what we need to do is numb out, or hide or dissociate, and it's okay. Take gentle care.
