switching back and forth so much today, i feeel blow up ish
no sleep no supper no nice just have this mean headache, nothing to hope about if i'm going to be like thisss every two days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sunday was bad but grinned my way through but today is TOOOO much, not can do, scared to be me MAd at me  and want to use more than 12 scared 'EEK' faces but can't!!!

stress in my life has been pretty bad lately, shadow and i am not taking care of my body. i don't like that i have not eaten any real meals since saturday and only slept in naps here and there. i feel guilty that i am not able to communicate with my functional parts and work to take good care of our shared being.
phil comes home today. i will be glad he is back. stress with him beats being entirely alone. i am having trouble with mid-life revision. need to do some things new ways and right now with the holidays and my oldest daughters nightmare job i am struggling. we deserve to be treated better and shadow, you do also!!!! just because we were treated awful as kids doesn't mean we should still suffer the same way even though the bad people are gone (at least for me they are almost all gone) hang in there and please take care today! leslie and pixies

So hard eh? I know you all know. Just to live in peace one day would be nice. Fighting with myself to behave is not fun. Fighting to eat right and not spend all the money is well fun but not funny. I'm going for a NAP and see if today will be any better. Oh why won't that page work for me from 'NOTZ'??   Have a GREAT DAY!!!

Shadow, I don't know why that page won't work either! But I appreciate your response. I struggle to share my stuff and then I do and it doesn't work right. Geez, self sabatoge, again?
I hope you are feeling better. I get migraines periodically so I feel ya!
