Our past can not be erase, but we can write on the walls of it and build a new perspective. Is not easy It takes time,............ but we have to continue even if our strenght have to depend on us or our support system.

Everyone heals in their own time and way. It is very difficult to look at it in a different perspective. I am glad you have the courage to continue to heal.
