Bead--wishing you the best. I'm not familiar with your background, but I just started with EMDR & it feels like I am going backwards--regressing in a lot of ways--getting worse instead of better & I guess this is what is to be expected as things come up from the past that I haven't been able to remember before.
I'm also doing DBT. I just know I am exhausted a lot. And I'm triggered a lot. All my best to you.--Suzy |

i just read back over all the posts from last month. bead we all care just as much this month as we did last month. i am still sitting by you and you can talk or just sit quietly with me. you can still wrap up in the fuzzy blankie that bipolar bear wrapped around you and know you are not alone. you are part of a community of people who have survived bad bad things and we are getting well. it is hard, but we can get better and get well. people often have to remind me of how far i have come. i am nearsighted in more than just physical sight. i do forget that i have already been healed in some areas and i am more well than i was and that the hard struggles of now would have been impossible a year ago or maybe even 6 months ago. you will get through this and you will get healing inside. there is hope. there are good times that will come. in january it sometimes seems that winter is forever, but it never is. SPRING ALWAYS COMES AGAIN. NEW LIFE ALWAYS HAPPENS AGAIN.  we send you love and hope and strength, leslie and her pixies

bead so comforted by ye alls words of hope and strength, bead is sits here wrapped up in blanket from BB....only you can see is her eyes rest covered up is safe place to be in this blanket.......hard to see the upside of all of this rite now but we will try........all we see is the snow an the ice we keeps fall down getting harder to pick ourself back up everytime we falls thank you for the safe group hug.....bead needs also this rite now (((((((silver queen)))))))) silver we tried this game with the dragons dont unnerstand it sorry it is too hard for bead to figure out dunno how to copy, and paste an such but we say hello to your dragon and ty mary
