i'm sorry you're feeling so tired and worn down. i DO understand. i hope it passes for you, honey, and you're able to get some rest that so you need it sounds like. are there things that have helped you before in the past to regain some of your lost resourses? if so, are they things you can do now? you're so good and kind and deserve a break. we care so much for you and think you are just amazing ppls. much love and resting thoughts your way, kd
