They say a thousand words. My name is Rane and we went to visit the parents. We found pictures in an album that prove some of our abuse. Zack (an alter like me) tore them up and then burned them. Jacob (alter) is freaking out cuz those pictures were of him. Everyone is in an uproar and some are wanting to die. It is a mess and we dont know what to do...

You don't have to hurt yourself anywhere at anytime! That's the goal, right? First things first, little one, you've eaten today and are staying hydrated? You have transportation to your appointment and you'll be on or ahead of time, right? Good! Work hard in the meantime. Look around your environment, find an object that's shiny, discreet and safe.
